Saveetha Medical College and Hospital organized a CBR camp in " Santhome Snehatheeram senior citizen home" along with other medical professionals. Interns from Bachelor of Occupational Therapy also had been a part of this camp on 18.08.2022.

This piece highlights the importance of community‑based rehabilitation, showing how outreach programs can empower individuals with disabilities through training, support, and inclusion. The focus on collaboration between professionals, families, and local networks makes the initiative feel practical and sustainable.
What’s most impactful is the emphasis on dignity—helping participants build confidence and independence rather than treating them as passive recipients of aid. That sense of resilience and adaptability connects well to Slope game, where staying focused and navigating challenges step by step leads to progress.
I find this initiative truly meaningful, especially seeing how medical professionals and students came together to support senior citizens in a hands-on way. Looking at the scene, I can sense a warm and engaging atmosphere where participants are actively involved, which makes the effort even more impactful. It reminds me that, much like in Slope Rider, I need coordination, patience, and care to achieve something valuable. I really appreciate how programs like this not only provide care but also create moments of connection and joy for the elderly.
