SCOT students conducted a group therapy in CDC.
Goals of the session:
✅To improve sharing and turn taking.
✅To improve the interaction and social communication.
✅ To improve activity tolerance by reinforcement (Token economy).
TOKEN ECONOMY
Catching up on CDC posts during my coffee break, the group therapy session reminded me of creepydates eerie atmosphere. SCOT students using token economy for social skills feels like a mix of therapeutic and game-like elements, kinda like being trapped with jester in a surreal scenario.
As the ball orbit game's tempo increases, the colors may shift from calm blues and greens to vivid reds and purples, giving players visual clues that the difficulty is climbing.
